TOUA operates and maintains the electric mains up to and including the electric meter.

To report a electricity problem during working hours, M-F, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., please dial (520) 383-5821. During after hours and weekends, please dial 611 and listen to the menu for the appropriate option.
