Caller ID identifies callers before you pick up the phone. With Caller ID, you are able to see the number of the person calling you before you answer the phone. Just connect your Caller ID box to your phone, or if you have a phone featuring Caller ID, it will simply
activate. No dialing instructions needed.


Call Block allows you to block 8 numbers. Block selected numbers ahead of time or block unwanted calls. In either case, the caller is routed to a recorded message and your phone does not ring.

Press *60, listen for prompt to tell if list is on or off. To turn list on or off, dial 3.


Per Call Blocking blocks the delivery of your number on that ONE call. The word �Private� or �Anonymous� will be displayed.

  • Dial *67 before you dial the outgoing call


Per Line Blocking automatically blocks the delivery of your number on ALL your calls. This feature will need to be placed on your phone by TOUA Telephone.

Call Trace alllows you to make a trace of the last incoming call, which is recorded at the Central Office. Only police with a court order may retrieve this information.

Repeat Dialing redials a busy number for you, then alerts you when it is available.

  • After busy signal, hang up
  • Listen for dial tone, Dial *66

To deactivate, dial *86

Last Call Return allows you to automatically dial the number of your last incoming call, whether you answered it or not.

  • Activate Press *69
  • Deactivate Press *89

You will hear the phone number of your last incoming call. If you want to return the call, press 1.

Distinctive Ringing allows you to create a list of up to 8 numbers. When someone on your list calls you, you will be notified by a special ring to let you know it is an important caller. Other non-priority calls receive the usual ring tone.

Press *61. Will inform you if your list is on or off. To turn list on or off, dial 3.


Selective Call Forwarding allows you to create a list of 8 numbers and program a forwarding number. When someone on your list calls you, their call will ring at the forwarding number location. All other calls ring into your line as normal.

  • Dial *63
  • Press 3, dial number you are forwarding to
  • Press #, then 1 to confirm voice prompt

To add number to list:

  • Dial *63
  • Press #, dial number, Press #

Press *63, listen for prompt to tell if list is on or off. To turn list on or off, dial 3.

Selective Call Acceptance allows you to create a list of 8 numbers. Only those callers on your list will ring into your line. Other callers will be notified that you are not accepting calls from them at this time.

  • Dial *64
  • Press #, dial the number, Press #

Press *64, listen for prompt to tell if list is on or off. To turn list on or off, dial 3.

Three Way Calling enables you to talk with two different parties in two different places at the same time.

  • Press the Flash Key or hook switch to place the 1st call on hold.
  • Listen for Dial Tone, Enter the telephone number of the 2nd call.
  • When the party answers, you may talk before you return to the 1st call.
  • Press the Flash Key or hook switch. This will return the 1st call to the line, Completing the 3-way call.


Call Waiting allows you to answer a second call while your original call is in progress. When you hear a short tone, simply put the first caller on hold by pressing the Flash Key on your phone or by pressing the hook switch. To end the 1st or 2nd call, have the parties hang up.

Speed Dialing allows you to program either 8 or 30 telephone numbers in memory and then dial a number on your telephone. Your programmed number is automatically dialed for you.

Voice Mail offers all the advantages of an answering machine, plus some other features that make Voice Mail preferable.

Call Forward All When activated, all calls will forward to your Voice Mail.

Call Forward Busy Line allows you to forward your calls to your Voice Mail when your line is busy.

Activate * 90 (3 beeps) hang up

Call Forward Don�t Answer allows you to forward your calls to your Voice Mail when you don�t answer within ____ rings.

Activate * 92 (3 beeps) hang up

Deactivate * 93 (3 beeps) hang up

A distinctive dial tone indicates there is a message on your Voice Mail.



Toll Control w/Pin With toll control, you are able to put a pin number on your phone. In order for anyone to make a Long Distance Call on your phone, they would need to enter the pin number for the call to go through. This feature helps you to protect your phone from people making unwanted long distance calls. You choose the
4-digit pin number on your phone. If you lose or need to change your pin number, just give us a call.

  • Enter Number, wait for the confirmation beeps, then enter the 4-digit pin number.
  • 1 (area code) XXX-XXXX, (3 beeps), Pin #.

800 Access allows you to dial 800 numbers while you are on toll restrict.
